Fees are based upon the nature and complexity of the debt to be collected. All arrangements between you and us will be in writing clearly defining the terms and costs of the engagement. Prompt payment of fees is required to maintain this affordable fee structure.
Contingency Fees
Fees are based upon a percentage of the amount recovered. The agreement stipulates the length of time we retain the file, the basis for rejecting a file and the results upon termination.
Flat Fees
A program of set fees for each step of the collection process. You control the total cost of the collection and receive the full amount collected. Prepayment is required.
Legal Fees
A discount from our regular hourly fees is provided to subscribers to this collection program for collection litigation.
